A page like this with many headings is most efficiently viewed with a tool like HeadingsMap (esp. after hiding the Table of contents). (The Table of Contents already allows this, but more obtrusively.)

  • Note: Encoding TEI in RDFa (including in XHTML or HTML5), while possible and perhaps more advantageous for tool use than non-standard microformats is still ugly for XQuery (though good for SPARQL apparently), yet doable with XSL

  • Get application/xhtml+xml for Wordpress (submit patch if new version doesn't); also ensure styling patches are applied for full validation and full separation of formatting from structure (including codecolorer/Geshi plugin); will need to define entities like raquo in internal doctype
  • Any way to get command line into Firefox. Can use nsIProcess, nsIProcess2 (see also Running applications snippets) but that doesn't allow piping output to a file; recommend? Would be cool to make accessible as a Ubiquity command. Could be built upon for making SVN in Firefox. Also can make one for NsILocalFile::reveal.

  • Wikipedia ideas:
    • Separate formatting fully and serve as application/xhtml+xml
    • When editing subsections of a page, ensure the templates therein show up on the edit page! Very useful for Kiwi logs ((reverse of wiki) logs) (or Kiwis for short) like this one (thought of "wog" then found out that was a derogatory term; I guess "kiwi" is another ethnic term, but apparently not seen offensively, and it has of course the fruit meaning)
